ADMISSION AND VISA PROCEDURE
(SEVEN EASY STEPS TO MAKE IT TO MOLDOVA)

Step 1.

Send us your academic credentials and copy of your international passport for evaluation by the admission team. – If you qualify for admission we will let you know within 24hrs. And you will complete and send us your application form by email infogitcco@gmail.com or info@gitcco.com

Step 2.

Take all your academic credentials to the ministry of education of your country for authentication and also to the ministry of foreign affairs for legalization.

Step 3.

Sign contract and pay deposit for processing fee.

Step 4.

Send us all your original academic credentials with their respective authenticated and legalized copies (usually two legalized copies for each document) plus original international passport and two passport photographs by DHL. We will commence the processing of your visa immediately we receive the package. We recommend DHL to ensure adequate security of the parcel.

Step 5.

Receive admission letter and invoice from school and Pay the tuition fee to the school's account. Security deposit and application fee can be paid after the visa is ready. Details of payment will be provided in your admission offer letter.

Step 6.

We will process and send you a copy of the visa when it is ready and you have five working days to confirm it at any Moldova embassy or Ministry of foreign affairs of Moldova or any other place where you can confirm it. When this is done, you can release the deposit to us if you do joint account or escrow. Failure to confirm your visa within 5 working days attracts penalty as stated in the contract. After this, you will email your CV to us for the job process to begin.

Step 7.

Your Original international passport with visa will be mailed to you by DHL. Then you will buy your ticket flight ticket and fly to Moldova.

PROCESSING FEE, PAYMENT TERM AND OPTIONS

Applicants are obliged to choose any of the payment plans below:

1. PAYMENT AFTER VISA:

A one time payment of 2,700 EUR is required from applicants who wish to pay the processing fee after we have secured the visa.

The Breakdown of the 2,700 Euro detailed below:

a. Official Invitation - 850 Euro
b. Super legalization of criminal record certificate (Police clearance) and other documents - 350 Euro.
c. Apostilization of documents - 100 Euro.
d. Notarization, legalization and translation of all documents to Moldovan/Romanian Language - 300 Euro
e. Application and procurement of study approval from Ministry of Education - 350 Euro
f. Visa Processing - 550 Euro
g. Service Fee - 200 Euro
Total: 2,700 Euro

Applicant are required to open a joint account with any of our representatives in his/her home country and deposit the required processing fee or open an escrow account directly with us and deposit the required processing fee which will only be released to us after we have successfully secured the visa and the applicant has confirmed it. We will provide you details on how to open the joint account upon request.

Applicants whose Ministry of foreign affairs does not have apostille agreement with Moldova Government will have to send their documents to the nearest embassy that is responsible for Moldova upon arrival in Moldova at his or her own cost.

NOTE: We will only process the visa of applicant who fulfil all these all requirements.

2. PAYMENT BEFORE VISA:

• A total of 2,500 Euro is required from applicants who wish to pay before visa is granted. The quoted amount only applies to applicant who is not more than 25yrs old at the time of application for BSC or 35 yrs old for Master's Degree.

The Breakdown of the 2,500 Euro detailed below:

a. Official Invitation - 850 Euro
b. Super legalization of criminal record certificate (Police clearance) and other documents - 350 Euro
c. Apostilization of documents - 100 Euro
d. Notarization, legalization and translation of all documents to Moldovan/Romanian Language: 300 Euro
e. Application and procurement of study approval from Ministry of Education - 350 Euro
f. Visa Processing: 550 Euro
Total - 2,500 Euro - We can accept two instalment payments 60% before and 40% after the visa is ready.

SUMMARY OF FEES:

a. Tuition fee 2,000euro Per year (To be paid after visa is ready and before applicant travel to Moldova)

b. Application fee 300euro (Varies by University some charges lesser)

c. Guarantee Deposit 1,000euro - this is to be refunded back to the student if he or she doesn't commit any crime all through the period of his/her studies. If the student commit a crime, this will be used to deport him back to his country.

d. Processing fee is 2,500euro - this is required to be deposited in a joint account or escrow account before we commence visa processing. The money will be released to us only after we have completed the visa processing. The applicant will have 5 days to confirm the visa in any Moldova embassy or immigration department and after which he can release the 2,500euro processing fee in the joint account to us.

Total amount 5,800Euro. - Payment before visa
Total Amount 6,000 Euro - Payment after visa

Note: All other fee apart from the processing fee must be paid directly into the school's account.

We give job to all the students before they leave their home country and Salary is between 500-2000euro per month.
