REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- CV/Resume
- International Passport - Copy must be legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs of the applicant's country.
- One passport photograph on white background.
- Police/Criminal Clearance Certificate - must be legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs of the applicant's country.
- All documents must be translated to English language
- All legalized copy must be first sent in electronic form for approval and then mailed to us by any courier service.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
- International Passport
- Complete set of Invitation documents
- International passport valid
- Police/Criminal Clearance Certificate
- Medical Insurance for 1 year
- Booked onward and return ticket
- One passport photographs on white background.
- Financial documents
- Proof of family and economic ties to home country
NOTE: Kindly check with the embassy as requirements and visa application procedure varies by nationality of the applicant.
PAYMENT TERMS AND OPTIONS
OPTION 1. - FOR PARTNERS - This option is only for trusted partners that have worked with us in the past, new partners will not be considered under this option.
TOTAL Fee: €4,500.00 (Four Thousand Five Hundred Euro) - This can be paid in two instalments
First Instalment: 500 Euro (Five Hundred Euro) – This is required as commitment fee before the commencement of the process.
Second Instalment: 4,000 Euro (Four Thousand Euro) – To be paid after visa is granted. This money is expected to be deposited in a joint account with GITCCO after the invitation is ready before visa application is made and release to us (GITCCO) within three days after the visa is granted, otherwise we will not clear the candidate for entry into Bosnia.
OPTION 2 - This option is for direct client and non GITCCO partners that have NOT worked with us in the past.
TOTAL Fee: €4,500.00 (Four Thousand Five Hundred Euro) - This can be paid in two instalments:
First Instalment: 500 Euro (Five Hundred Euro) – This is required as commitment fee before the commencement of the process.
Second Instalment: 1,000 Euro (One Thousand Euro) – When invitation is ready and scanned copy is sent to the candidate. Candidate can confirm the invitation within three days before making the payment.
Third Instalment: 3,000 Euro (Three Thousand Euro) – To be paid after visa is granted. This money is expected to be deposited in a joint account and release to GITCCO within three days after the visa is granted, otherwise we will not clear the candidate for entry into Bosnia.
