Eligibility: Africans and Asians
Job Location: Belgrade and other cities in Serbia
Salary (Monthly): From 500 Euro to 800 Euro
Salary for Truck Drivers: 600 Euro for first month & 850 Euro for others. First month is for orientation, training, paper works and induction.
Schedule: 8 hours per day, six days a week.
Accommodation: Provided by the employer.
Age: 20 to 45 years
Duration of Work Permit: 6 Months
Duration of Employment contract: 1 year
Duration of Residence Permit: 1 - 2 Years 
Processing Duration: 1 to 3 months for work permit and visa

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT FOR AGRICULTURAL WORKERS: 
1.  Orthodox Christian from any country.
2. ⁠ Ethiopian citizens mostly preferred, Egyptian Coptic Christians and orthodox Christians from other nationalities can also apply.
3.  ⁠Ladies/Women

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must:
1. Speak and or understand at least basic English Language.
2. ⁠Attend Interview (optional)
3. ⁠Send full photo (portrait picture).

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT FOR TRUCK DRIVER
We need video of the driver doing the following:
It will be better if someone record you while you are with the truck you are driving.
1. Say the following:
Name:
Surname:
Nationality:
International Passport Number:
I drive this …… truck (name the truck and the colour of the truck)

2. Enter the truck and do the following:
a. Parallel Parking
b. Reverse parking
c. Park by the road side:
d. Proper maneuver.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT
Vulcanizer: Must:
1. Be able to use aligner machine and understand everything about tires and wheels and should have some basic auto mechanical skills.
2. ⁠Provide the following short video (mention your name and passport number in each short video):

1️⃣ Wheel Alignment Machine Video (MANDATORY)
Candidate must show:
- The alignment machine screen
- Vehicle mounted on the aligner
- Sensor heads attached to wheels
- Adjusting toe or camber
- ⁠Reading before & after values

2️⃣ Wheel Balancing Video
Candidate must show:
- Mounting wheel on balancer
- Running the machine
- Applying weights
- Rechecking balance

3️⃣ Tyre Removal & Mounting Video
Candidate must show himself:
- Removing tyre from rim
- Applying bead lubricant
- Installing tyre correctly
- Inflation seating the bead

4️⃣ Professional Puncture Repair Video
Candidate must show himself:
- Removing tyre from rim
- Locating puncture
- Cleaning inner liner
- Applying patch/plug
- Reinstalling tyre

5️⃣ Tyre Wear Diagnosis (Talking Video)
Candidate must explain:
- Why tyre is worn on one side
- What alignment issue causes it
- What correction is needed.

PAYMENT TERMS AND OPTIONS

OPTION 1. - PAYMENT AFTER VISA
- This option is only for trusted partners that have worked with us in the past, new partners will not be considered under this option. 

TOTAL Fee: €3,300.00 (Three Thousand Three Hundred Euro) - To be paid within two working days after the visa is approved online and before the candidate go to the embassy for the stamping of the visa. Any other extra days will attract a 30 Euro penalty fee. 

PLEASE NOTE. - Partner/agent must:
1.   Have a contract signed with the client and be in possession of the international passport of the candidates all through the processing period of the work permit and visa which might take between 1-3 months and sometimes more for candidates that are in the Asia.

2. ⁠ Accept a commitment fee of at least 300 Euro from the candidate to ensure that the candidate will be committed to the project and will not back out during the processing period. This fee should be with the partner agent all through the processing period. Or

3. ⁠ Have the entire fee in a joint account with the candidate before the commencement of the project.

4. ⁠ All the money must be released to GITCCO within 24 hours after the visa has been approved by the embassy. A proof of the approval will be sent to the agent. Failure to release the money will attract compulsory 30 Euro penalty per day. 

5.  Contract of Partners that fails to comply and make payment within 24 hours would be terminated.

OPTION 2. - PAYMENT BEFORE VISA
- This option is for direct client and non GITCCO partners that have NOT worked with us in the past. 
Total fee: 3,300 Euro (Three Thousand Three Hundred Euro) with the following breakdown:

First Instalment: 400 Euro (Four Hundred Euro) - This is required as a commitment fee that must be paid to GITCCO after we have issued the service contract to the candidate and before we commence the processing of the work permit. If the visa is not granted, we would reapply for the visa, offer an alternative or make a refund according to the refund terms that will be detailed in the contract. 

Second Instalment: 2,600 Euro (Two Thousand Six Hundred Euro) - To be paid within 24 hours after the visa is approved online and before the candidate proceed to the embassy for the sticker visa.
